Refund Policy

At ÉLORIA PARIS , we make every effort to offer you an impeccable experience. However, if an item does not suit you, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to make a return.

Important: No returns will be accepted without prior registration via our return portal.

Return Conditions

Condition of items: Items may be tried on but must not have been worn or show any signs of wear.

Original Box & Packaging: The item must be returned in its original box and packaging, in perfect condition. Any non-compliant return (taped, missing, or damaged box) will result in a flat-rate deduction of €5 from the refund amount.

Only one return per order: To prevent abuse and simplify processing, only one return is allowed per order. Additional fees may apply if this is not done.

Damaged items

In the exceptional event that an item arrives damaged:

1.Take clear photos of the item and package.

2. Contact our customer service with your order number, photos and a brief description of the problem.

3. Deadlines: Any damage must be reported within 7 days of receipt . After this period, it will unfortunately no longer be possible to process your request.

Preparation error or incomplete order

If you receive an incorrect item or your order is incomplete:

-Check your order confirmation first.

-If the error is ours, please contact our customer service immediately with photos of the item and packaging.

-We will then organize a free return and the sending of the correct item or the missing product.

How to return an item?

At ÉLORIA PARIS , you have 14 days from receipt of your order to make a return.

1. Contact our customer service

First of all, please write to us at contact@eloria-paris.fr indicating:

-your order number

-the item(s) you wish to return

-the reason for the return (size, color, defect, etc.)

⚠️ Without prior contact with our service, no returns will be accepted.

2. Receipt of your return form

Once your request has been validated, our team will email you a personalized return form to print and include in your package.

3. Prepare the package carefully

-Replace the item in its original, clean and undamaged packaging.

- Insert the return form provided into the package.

-Use sturdy packaging (preferably the same as your initial delivery).

4. Return shipping

You can then drop off your package at the collection point or post office of your choice. Return shipping costs are your responsibility (except in the event of a preparation error or a defective item).

5. Confirmation and follow-up

As soon as our service receives and verifies the package, we will inform you by email.

6. Return processing

Depending on your choice during the initial application, you will be able to benefit from:

- an exchange (different size, color or model)

- a credit note valid for 1 year on our store

- a refund to the initial payment method

Processing usually takes 7-10 business days after receipt of the package.

All of this information, along with direct links to our returns portal, is also included on the delivery slip included in your package.
